What Causes Vomiting And Nausea After A Heart Surgery?

I have hurniated disks in my neck, & stanousus. Starting last week I had severe pain in my neck & down my left arm. I Made an appointment to see my pain specialist for pin point injections in my neck. The pain is in my left shoulder also as of this morning. The pain isn't on the should more towards the front. I have pain in my chest. I'm having a difficult time taking a deep breath. Jan. 3 2010 I had a quad. heart surgery. I had my six month check up with my cardiologist, I got a clean bill of health with him. Four weeks ago I had a lamdectamy. I'm not sure if I should go to the emergency room or wait until tomorrow afternoon to go to my pain doc.I'm not usually an alarmist, when I had my heart surgery I had not been in pain for several months. After the hollidays I drove my self to the EM room. My sons best friend is a cardioligist & I'm sure he saved my life. I also have had the flu last 2 weeks ago. I vomit for 5 days, I started feeling nauseated about 4 days ago again. No fever, but clammy, & hot & cold. Should I go to the Em today or wait until I see my Dr. tomorrow. I'm 67 years old.
