What Causes Vomiting, Diarrhea, Chills And Stomach Pain?

My husband had a bad night last Friday, vomiting, diarrhea, chills and acute stomach ache. He has not had vomiting since then but has had a very tender stomach, with bloating and feeling full. He vomited again today 5 days later. He has a stomach ache again. Should I take him to an ER? No fever but he is chilled.

yes you need to take him to the ER as fast as possible, it can be a case of obstruction also you should get his USG Abdomen done
