What Causes Vomiting During Pregnancy?
My wife is 10 weeks pregnant and just vomited brown substance. She has had morning sickness pretty badly and has already been to the hospital once for IV treatment to rehydrate. Is it time to go back to the hospital again or shall we keep trying to keep Pedialyte and water down?

I understood your concern and my opinion is that vomiting during early pregnancy is normal so nothing to worry for that
But please start following medicine
T Folic acid 5 mg once in a day
T DOXINATE two times a day
T ZOFER 4 mg if required
Keep her hydrated with excessive use of water,juice ,etc
If she feels drowsy, giddiness than please take her to hospital
