Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows. 1. He has developed extensive peripheral neuropathy leading onto numbness and loss of balance. 2. Due to reduced gastric emptying due to diabetes affecting the autonomic nervous system, he has developed gastritis and increased gastro-esophageal sphincter weakness is causing vomiting. 3. He needs to walk with support as his legs are unable to assess change in position and can lead to loss of balance and hence fall. He can take proton pump inhibitors along with domperidone to reduce acid production and also vomiting. Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
