What Causes Vomiting Up Of Blood Along With Jaw Pain And Fatigue?

I was just searching symptoms. 82 yr old female found unresponsive. Had vomitted blood. She couldn t speak or open her eyes when found. In hospital now, more mumbled speech than slurred, like she s out of it , will nod off in mid conversation. Complains jaw aches. No face drooping, can move all limbs, but can t support herself standing. Blood count is normal. EKG was done, results unknown to me at this time. EEG was just done, again, results unknown to me at this time. They did that to rule out a seizure. Very lethargic, dehydrated and has pneumonia. She was able to feed herself. She reported she felt like she had vertigo last night.

As per your query you have symptoms of vomiting up of blood along with jaw pain and fatigue which seems to be due to inflammation of tonsils and upper respiratory tract infection. It does not seems to be tooth related like bruxism or TMJ dysfunction. The symptoms can also occur due to allergic reaction or side effects of certain medicine. I would suggest you to do throat lozenges and do warm saline gargles. You should avoid intake of cold carbonated beverages and maintain proper oral hygiene. Relax jaw properly and try to take soft food in diet. You should take antibiotic Amoxicillin in combination with antiallergic medication Sinarest. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get blood and throat swab test done and start treatment after proper prescription. If symptoms persists consult cardiologist. Take over the counter antihistamine like benadryl. Drink plenty of fluids.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
