What Causes Vomiting Up Of Blood And Saliva While Brushing?

Yesterday bushing my teeth not even my tongue yet, white thick salvia starting coming up so I thought nothing of it until I start gagging again and threw up water with some blood in it. After I felt the feeling of needing to throw up, light headed, gagging.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain thick mucous like saliva can be due to excessive mucous formation in the throat and can be due to causes like upper respiratory infection, post nasal drip etc..
Throwing up water with some blood in it can be due to acid reflux due to sudden vomiting reflux and if blood was just a little there is no need to worry as it could be due to injury to the throat mucosa due to sudden violent reflexes..
In case if the symptoms recur or it there is excess blood discharge you need to consult an Otolaryngologist and get a thorough evaluation done and treatment or referral to appropriate specialist will be done accordingly..
As of now you need not to worry and can take Ondensaton if there is vomiting feeling..
Take a light diet with plenty of fluids..
Take sufficient rest..
