What Causes Vomiting With Blood And Burning In Throat?

im 16 and throw up almost every day now for 2 months and just now i am spitting up blood. while vomiting i felt as my head were to explode and i couldnt breathe. afterwards i have a lump in my throat and my throat burns. normally i dont feel as if i have a lump in my throat after i throwing just before. whats wrong with me.... i take lexapro
