What Causes Vomiting With Nausea And Headaches?

37 yo woman exploratory surgery when teenager pulled out large and small intestines nothing found did remove appendix since had intestines out, 2 ceserians baby last one 5 years ago total hysto 4 years ago, 2 weeks ago became nauseated after eating, sting in lower right frontal abdomin low fever dr gave cipro and had ct scan nothing showed up, looked for diverticulitis pain seemed to get better but after eating would be worse now much worse vomiting nausea liquid stools dark no visible blood (red) chill no fever actual temp below normal 97 degrees headache feels like migraines

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms not being correlated with the old history of surgeries being done, even the investigation may not be indicative of anything, at the most it can be acid reflux related symptoms and for that I would suggest to try PPI and the best is Omeprazole 40 mg twice in day for five weeks, stress could be the cause so better to stay away from the stress, hope this information helps.
