What Causes Water Retention In Body While Suffering From DVT?
Hi, I have severe DVT from ankles to groin in both legs. Have been on clexane injections for approx 3 weeks. In the last week I have started to retain fluid in my legs, ankles, feet and face. I just spoke to my blood doctor who advised that this would be rarely caused from the DVT as i am on the injections and to go and see my GP as it could be a number of things. Does this sound right?? Thankyou
