What Causes Watery Eyes And Runny Nose After Taking Leflunomide?
My doctor gave me leflunimide and I started it this past week - I took 5 pills for the first three days and then 1 pill each day after. After I took the second single pill, I had a terrible eye reaction, burning and watering, my nose would not stop running. It finally subsided by the end of the day, I thought I would take the pill the next day and the same thing happened. Its s now the 4th of July weekend and I can t get in touch with the doctor. I am not taking this pill again, as this seems to be triggering these symptoms. Have you ever heard of this before? I ve tried to see the side effects of this medicine but it doesn t list what happened to me.

leflunomide used to treat rheumatoid arthritis it has nothing to do with watery eye. may be it is locally sensitive and induces watery eye and running nose due to drug sensitivity and drug allergy for confirmation drug is to be withdrawn. for immediate relief can take tab levocetrizine 5mg in morning can apply nasibion nasal drop
