What Causes Weakness After Taking Overdose Of Tylenol?

i overdosed on Tylenol pm i took 24 and i feel asleep for 2 days but now i have a really big headache so i took another Tylenol to make it stop but it only made it worse and now i cant stop eating and im very tired and weak i have no clue on what to do

Hi,

Tylenol PM contains diphenhydramine in addition to Tylenol and this component brings sleep. You took a very high dose and now your body is in withdrawal from the drug. Please do not take any more Tylenol for the next few days. Just take lots of water. The symptoms will be gone in a few days. Please do not worry.
