What Causes Weakness And Shortness Of Breath After Having Stress Test?

My husband had a heart echo and nuclear stress test this week. Immediately following the stress test he suffered extreme weakness, shortness of breath, severe shaking and clinched jaw as if he was having a seizure, difficulty speaking and writing. he was transported to the ER and all the blood work came back ok. Do you have any idea as what this might be? They checked his glucose and it was 109. He has had two stints and is currently on a loop monitor which shows lots of pvc s.
