General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Cardiac status should be evaluated to identify the cause of palpitation and shortness of breath. Any chest pain or anemia should be ruled out.

Chest xray,Ecg ,Echo and complete blood count should be done for further evaluation.Your reproductive health status such as any perimenopausal or menopausal symptoms needs to be mentioned.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
