Rise in BP and feeling weakness in leg are most unlikely to have a co-relation. Your BP levels are also not too high to worry about. With lifestyle modifications and reducing stress, your BP should come back to normal range. I need to understand why are you feeling pain/weakness in the legs. I need to know some details about you-- age, gender, blood sugar levels, weight, height, are you obese, is there any family history of hypertension. With this info, I can advice you better. Thanks
