What Causes Weakness With Sore Throat And Fever?
My son is 13 he has been sick for 8 days.. very tired.. sleeps at least 12 to 13 hrs. and still tired after he wakes up severe sore throat, weak. just taking a shower wears him out.. chills on and off..very pale. fever just broke. body ache, no appatite.. drinking alot of fluids. we has a strep test negetive, mono test negetive.. hes not getting any better.. can u give me any suggestions.. he was also taking amoxicillin and that didnt wk.. im lost and . had chest xray.. came back good..

next level of treatment is penicillin with clavulonate combination of penicillin with clavulonate is needed as next line of drug -7days
other option is azithromycin for 3 days.
salt water gargling is must for 3 days thrice daily
