What Causes Weight Gain After Complete Hysterectomy?
Hi I had a complete hysterectomy 2012 I have been taking hormone replacement and I have gain 25 lbs and I have been dieting and exercising but can t seem to loose any weight. the medication I am taking is Estradiol 2 mg. What do I need to do stop taking the medication of can you suggest a diet pill to take to help me loose weight?
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have gone through hysterectomy and you are taking hormone replacement therapy. Weight gain is not due to hormone replacement therapy. There are no clear data that hormone replacement therapy leads to weigh gain. It may be due to diet or otherwise.
Take low fat diet with high fiber. Go for regular exercise. check your thyroid hormone levels once.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
