What Causes Weight Gain And Constant Migraines?

i was a healthy 33 y.o. until headaches, recent weight gain (about 35# in the last 2 years) have taken over my life...i've been getting migraines for a year now..numerous of blood work; all normal..thyroid (ts, tsh, t4) is also all normal, ct scan-normal..i'm seeing a naturopath doc & put me on a hypoallergenic diet to rule out foods, no change..i recently got my crp & esr checked and esr was 37?? i'm not interested in taking pharmaceutical meds anymore because they don't treat the underlining symptoms...i also recently did a saliva hormone test and it was normal but my progesterone was 62..i'm frustrated and thinking about going to see a functional md?? any thoughts what my underlying symptom may be..

hello . i think ur migraines have not effect on weight gain ... it would be always better to have a balanced diet taking at regular intervals ... and half hour exercise will help u burn the extra fat .. it may be just sedantary life style ; stress also will lead to weight gain ... just dont worry
