Hi, Doc, i have been losing a lot weight & muscle last couple of months & extremely fatigued all the time & after hr or so of being awake after a sleep im finding myself hard to stay awak & am getting start to get sharp pains in my left abdomen. What could this be

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the abdomen pain then it must be due to dyspepsia and it could be associated with hyperacidity and it can be managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 3 mg once in day along with Tab Dicyclomine as per needed hope this information helps.
