My name is Gopinath and I am 37 years old. My weight in January 72kgs, today October 06th my weight is 59kgs. I stopped non-veg from January and having gastric problem and little bit depression. I am doing 30 mins meditation everyday. Am i Having problem too ?..can you please advise on this. Thanks
hello ,Mr.Gopinath,you have lost 13kgs in 9 months after you made changes in diet.You said you have gastric problems,what exactly the problem is?It is normal to lose that much weight in 9 months if you are exercising along with diet modification.Do you feel weak or lost a certain amount of weight in short time during this period?Any health condition you were suffering from in these last few months?the gastric problem and depression started after you stopped eating non veg or it was the reason you stopped taking non veg?for depression you started meditation,its a very good thing you are doing.If you feel you can not manage the depression,i would suggest you to visit a psychiatrist and a psychologist.That will definitely help.Few counselling rounds and if needed medicines will bring changes and you can go back to normal routine with strong will power and positive thoughts.Stay healthy and happy.
