What Causes White Circular Bruise In The Lower Back?

i was recently put on xarelto for a PE i had back in late june. Last week, i hotel door swung shut and hit me in my lower back/side. The bruise is about 2 inches by two inches and circular. However, i have a small knot under my skin, and its a white circle inside the bruise. the whole thing doesnt even hurt as well. What could the knot be and why is it a white center. ps the white center is in fact, right on a stretchmark as well..

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be a slant mark due to muscular injury and may resolve within one to two weeks.

If painful OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
