What Causes White Patch Of Skin Below The Chin?

I have a white patch of skin that has developed under my chin about the size of a golf ball. This area is well defined and has a soft, smooth and dry texture while surrounding area feels normal and slightly oily to the touch. This sight at times gets itchy.

I really appreciate your concern, such appearance of the skin could be due to hypersensitivity reaction and it can be given try with "Calamine lotion" it will be okay soon hope this information helps.
