What Causes White Spot On The Lower Right Gum Under The Tooth?

I am a 59 year old women with history of peritional cancer 15 years .Today i discovered a white spot on the lower right gum under my i tooth. had teeth cleaned 3 months ago and an oral exam. my dentist said everything was okay. the spot does not hurt. it look like it got a hold in the middle.

this white tiny spot can be either leukoplakia or candidiasis.
if it get scrapped off then its candidiasis for which you have to start with antifungal drug.
but if non scrapable then visit your dentist, get your cytology done to rule premalignant lesion.
for these case we usually start with antioxidant once a day.
