What Causes White Spots Along With Swelling And Bleeding In Tonsils?
My daughter (age 15) had her wisdom teeth (4) impacted, out about a week ago. All seems fine there, but now she has large white spots, and some swelling and bleeding on her tonsils. No fever, and fast strep came back negative. What is the cause of the tonsil problem? Is it common?

See, from your history, it seems like your daughter is suffering from tonsil infection. If strepto is negative, it still can happen in infections with fungi like candida, other bacteria, syphilis etc. Diphtheria is not unlikely also.
I would ask you to visit an ENT specialist at your earliest and in the meantime she can take tab augmentin thrice daily and warm saline water gargling twice daily.
