What Causes White Spots And Flaky Skin On Palms?

i have hand and feet peeling on palms thru the fingers and soles of feet and between toes and white spots that are the skin where it detached from my foot or hand and can be peeled right off. im 19 and had hives and swelling in my hands...but just swelling in my feet.
