What Causes White Spots Appearing In X-ray Of Lower Back?

I went to a chiropractor and he took an X-ray of my lower back. When he looked at the X-ray, he said, what did you do to your hip? There were two white spots the size of a 50 cent piece as well as 25 cent piece. He did not clarify. I do not see h until next Friday. Help! Scared me a little.....

Thanks for writing in.

I suppose there is some probably artifactual coin shadow on your X ray and he merely thought what could have caused it. It may help if you can upload the X ray picture for my interpretation so that I can review your X ray in detail and advise you as per the problem you are having. However, please do not get worried as such big shadows will surely be discussed by your doctor at the next visit. This is not an emergency.
