What Causes Whitish Spots On Tongue Along With Canker Sores?

Hello. Well my sister has an awful canker sore that she says has been there for weeks. She said it became a hole which has now healed but it has a lot of white spots around the infected area on the side of her tongue. My sister is a drug user and is very promiscuous. Could this be Hep c?

I really appreciate your concern for your sister looking to the history given here I could say that this is not the Herpes disease but this could be due to the drugs that your sister might be taking, ask her to leave this, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
