I have a whoosing sound which sounds like wind in my ear when I turn over in bed at night. I had ear test with ENT doctor and everything came back fine but I had central findings. I have had extreme head pressure they put me on medication that relieved the pressure but I still have headaches everyday. Spinal fluid with spinal tap checked out in normal range. Can you have intra cranial hypertension with a normal spinal tap?
