What Causes Wooshing Sound In Ears?

I have been experiencing increasingly louder wooshing in my right ear as well as blurry vision in my right ear. I also have had a history of a bruie(noise) in my neck. I ve been diagnosed with Cervical Spinal Stenosis. Should I be concerned of possible stroke or anything that might cause me to go to an emergency room?

Hi your cervical spinal stenosis is the cause for the sound in ears and blurring of vision. They may be chances of of stroke and palsy. Consult doctor and get evaluated. Thanks.
