Thank you, I have suffered left wrist and hand pain when gripping something it is extremely painful. I was diagnoised with nerve damage in my left elbow and carpal tunnel in my right wrist/hand. When I asked the doctor about the pain in my left wrist/hand he couldn't give me an answer, said he was a nerve doctor. Do you have any idea of what the cause of the pain could be? It's been going on for about 5 years.
