Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain discharge from ear seems to be due to infection in ear leading to flow of infectious fluid known as Pus..
Blowing air out of ears indicates that the perforation is not yet healed..
You should take care of the infection as in presence of infection healing of eardrum will delay or will not occur at all..
I would suggest you to consult your ENT doctor and get evaluated and he can advise you to take another course of antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller, decongestant and steroid..
Antibiotic ear drops can be advised as well as manual drainage of ears can be done..
You should also stay away from loud sounds, Excessive water exposure like swimming and avoy picking the ears..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
