What Complications Will Come During Pregnancy With Single Intrauterine Embryo With Choriodecidual Separation And Bleeding?
my ultra sound report says that AVAF,Gravid shows evidence of single intra uterine gestational sac with regular wall and good decidual reaction seen in upper uterine cavity.what does it mean? opinion of doctor is-single intra -uterine embryo og g.age 6 wks 3 day with choriodecidual separation and bleeding what kind of complecations will come during my pregnancy
Hi, Thanks for the query. According to the ultrasound single gestational sac is present in the uterine cavity. And decidual reaction is good, means pregnancy endometrial formation is good. According to your doctor's opinion: -Single live intrauterine fetus is seen -With gestational age 6 weeks and 3 days -Choriodecidual separation is indicating possibility of subchorionic hematoma. In many of the cases this hematoma will get absorbed and pregnancy will be continued normally. Rarely this type of hematomas can lead to abortions. So, regular followups with ultrasound examinations are needed to track the status of hematoma. Take care.
