What Concentration Of Acetaminophen Is Advisable Per Day?
i am getting a Rx of Phrenilin, & a Rx of Tylenol #4. What is the max I can take in a 24 hour period; due to the Acetaminophen? How many mg of the Acetaminophen is safe in a 24 hour period? ( I have had a broken back, & nerve damage), I recently injured my back & I am having terrible back spasms. So now I am in More pain. Thank You, Retired RN
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about neck pain.
As per your history you are taking Acetaminophen, as it is a safe drug and causes side effects only at high dosage ( hepatotoxicity) more then 10 g/day.
But you may take it 4-6 hourly. That means you can take four to six tab per days.
Hope my answer will help you and you can write us back in case you need any further help.
Regards Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
