Right Ovary 59X36X48mm and has central endometrium of 7.3mm no fibroib or gestational sac is seen ovaries right ovary is healthy X 25mm and normal in size and shape and has a small follicle
It is not clear from your history, on which day of the cycle, these findings were recorded.
You have a small follicle in right ovary and the endometrium is 7.3 mm. It is not clear what is the size of the follicle. During the menstrual cycle, the follicle goes on maturing and attains its full maturity when it attains the size between 18 mm and 21 mm. Then it discharges the egg. By this time the endometrium attains the thickness between 9mm and 14 mm. Usually this happens 14 days before the next expected menses. These are the most ideal conditions of the ovarian follicle and endometrium for successful conception.
If the follicle is not maturing, you may need some medication like Clomiphene citrate or HMG/HGC combination for follicular maturation and inducing ovulation.
