Dear Doctor I done semen analysis yesterday, details are as follows Age : 28 Sampled on: 14:30 Reported on: 14:32 Quantity: 1 MlCount: 60 Million Viscosity: Normal Color: Greyish White PH: 8.0 Liquifeaction Time: 30MInt Motility:Active:40%Sluggish:10% Non motile:50% Abnormal Forms: 25%Pus cells: 3-5 /HPFClumps: Few Immature Cells: 2-4 / HPFSir, please advice the situation

Hi, dear. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. your sperm count is normal. Your motility is total 50%. 40% actively motile is 10% sluggish motile. Normal motility is approximately 60 to 70% so your motility is almost near normal. Rest of the all parameters are also normal. Overall no need to worry. just be relaxed. No any treatment is required. you are fertile.
