you have not written why u got these test dones...the ANA or antinuclear antibody test shows presence of auto-antibodies in your blood which may points towards some autoimmune disease but these are not specific...can be found in many nornal persons. HLA B 27 positive is highly specific for ankylosing spondylitis which is usually seen in males under 40 associated with backpain not relived by medicines usually and improves with excercise. do get your xray of dorso-lumbar and lumbo-sacral spines if you have such complaints..
