What Could A Radiating Pain In Chest, Back And Shoulders Indicate?
I am having pain and burning sensation in the upper right side of my back as well as my right shoulder blade. It radiats to front of my chest almost at the top of my right breast which has a hard feeling. It also radiates to the center of my chest on the right side of my breast bone. What could this be?

Back pain with radiation to right upper limb may be due to many reasons like spondylotic changes in cervical spine,pulmonary or muculoskeletal causes,acidity etc.
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,liver and renal function test,X-ray cervical spine(AP/Lateral view),chest-X ray(PA view),ultrasound of abdomen,ECG,ECHO,upper GI endoscopy.
Treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
