What Could A Radiating Pain On Shoulder, Chest, Back And Neck Indicate?

Should I worry if I had left shoulder pain last night and by this morning it radiated to my chest, left arm and left side of the neck and back and now at 4pm the pain has been increasing steadily and my current heart rate is 96 bpm. I am a fit 26 year old male. Any thoughts?

The pain what you are describing clearly looks like anginal pain( pain of cardiac origin secondary to ischemia).
Please get a ECG done immediately and consult a cardiologist at earliest.
