What Could A Red Rash In Neck Area Be?
My partner has a very red rash in neck area, somewhat like a moth shape, with long body and winging out at the sides. He is English, has fairish skin generally, but a quite red rash has developed over his throat area - over the adam's apple and down on to the chest area.
