Thanks for the query. It is hard to tell without actually seeing it and examining it. It could be a benign lipoma. If it growing at a very fast pace or paining and is red in color then get yourself examined soon. If it is not doing anything of the above leave it alone' Have a healthy living

It could be...Hemangioma....
Don't worry about this ...we can remove it by..,
1) RF..cauterry..with this instrument .,can remove this lesion..easily..ok
so consult good dermatologist..and diagnose the lesion and do accordingly ok.
