What Could Be Cause Of Sharp Pain On Right Ear?

I am having a very sharp pain by the front of my right ear where I would call the temple. It is not constant but it is really painful, I do not have any history of heart, diabetes, actually quite healthy. This pain has been with me for about 3 hours, I took an aspirin and just now to 400 mg ibuprofen.
