What Could Be Causing Headache, Tiredness, Blood Clots And Bleeding In The Urine Along With Abdominal Pain?
I am experiencing constant headache, tired constantly but sleeping well with 8 hours of sleep, blood clots and bleeding in my urine only when I pea. Not enough to need a tampon or pad, and lower abdominal pain on my left side. Pain about a 5. I m not sure what s going on but I feel bad. Any advise?
I have noted your symptoms. We need to rule out renal (kidney) stones as well as urinary tract infection. This can be done by doing an ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis and urine examination.
Blood loss could have led to anemia, making you feel weak and fatigued. Hemoglobin can be checked in the blood test.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,
