What Could Be Causing Tightness In Lower Legs And Indentation When Pressed?

My lower legs get tight and when I press on them it leaves an indention. It s only along my shinbone where I can press and leaves indention. My legs also feel real tired when I walk. When normal my calves will jiggle when I move them but when tight they barely move.
