What Could Be Done If Unable To Find Heartbeat After 6 Weeks In Ultrasound?
My daughter went for a transvaginal ultrasound today 6 wks 2 days. Sac and Yolk Sac had grownn but sonographer uncertain about fetal pole or heartbeat..."thought she could see it but it is early" Of course we are all nervous wrecks because so much out there about being able to see the heartbeat at 6 weeks.

She dont need to worry because gestational age is smaller than she think.
She may be 5 weeks from TVS examination,because he is uncertain for fetal pole.
In this gestational age yolk sac should be visualized.
Gestation age isnt correct with LMP(last menstrual periods) but with TVS.
She should wait for another week to confirm fetal heart beats.
