What Could Be Done To Clean The Lungs After Inhaling Hazardous Haze For 2 Weeks?
Hi I'm Jann from Singapore. We had just went through an extremely hazardous haze due to neighbouring country deforestation through burning. Although the haze has cleared but its still unhealthy. How do I clear my lungs after inhaling the haze over the past 2 weeks? How do I help my child clear her lungs too, she's just 4 years old?

Hi thanks for using HCM.
Your lungs will be cleared of inhaled haze by natural phenomenon of cough and absorption. You need not to ake any treatment but can do regular breathing exercise and in fresh air.
Thanks for Using Healthcaremagic as an forum for your Questions Answer to your question... As Dr Lalit Suggested you...you don't require Any treatment for this
If you know sum thing About yoga Ione breathing exercise is there Pranayam ( Anulom & Vilom) In which you have to close one nose by one hand finger & take breadth from other nose & vice versa this will help you in fresh breathing
Try this exercise for a 3weeks you will feel the change & for Child Nebulisation through oxygen mask treatment is there if he/she is less than 4yrs
All the Best & Take care
