Hi,

I have gone through your query.
Since you a diabetic, You haven't mentioned for how long, Peripheral Neuropathy is the most probable cause for your symptoms. Neuropathy is a complication of Diabetes and initially cause Numbness and later on may result in pain.
It is progressive and treatment is only symptomatic.
Treatment is advised after some investigations.
