What Could Be Persistent Blood Associated Cough With Elevated Monocytes?

Hello, I am a 42 year old male with Crohn's disease who takes Remicade. I have had a persistent productive cough with a seal like bark to it - at time there are traces of blood - for the past 4 weeks. Recent blood work came back normal eith the exception of monocytes at 1.0 which is double previous test results. No other physical symptoms other than a bot of fatigue. Could this be TB? Thank you
