What Could Be The Boils Located Close To My Anus Indicate?
I just had a boil burst and it was located really close to my anus. I was informed to go see a surgeon because it may be something else going on. What else could be going on? I now feel two small bumps like they are going to become boils and they are located next to my vagina.

Hi,
The boils you have near anal and vaginal area would pyoderma. It is a bacterial infection caused by staphylococci. Blood tests may be done to rule out DM,HIV and other immunocompromised conditions. Fistula in ano may be ruled out after consulting surgeon. Antibiotics for two weeks may improve the condition. Anti inflammatory drugs may be taken. Apply antibiotic cream. Sitz bath in dettol containing water may be done. You might get good result. I hope you got my answer.
