What Could Be The Cause For Perineum Pain And Swollen Feeling Before Menstruation Along With Abdominal Pain?
I am 32years with 2 kids. What could be the possible cause of perineum pain and swollen feeling sensation before and during my menstruation. Also, I normally feel a severe lower abdominal pain. A feeling like something is about to fall off through the viginal and anus at the same time. This feeling comes like 10days after my menstruation. Please advise

I would come up with these possibilities , these includes. 1 Uterus prolapse , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination as well clinical examination. Ultrasound also play an important role in this case.Consult a gynecologist and get his opinion as all indication are towards prolapse uterus. 2 Rectum prolapse , the next possible reason may be . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a surgeon. 3 Fistula in anus , some times causes pain in perineum . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination.
