What Could Be The Cause Of Bloating Sensation With The Abdominal Sounds In One With Hiatus Hernia And GERD ?
i was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia and GERD . Sometimes I can hear and feel my stomach going through some form of digestion . it is a crackling, gargeling sound. i don t have any pain, just a gassy-bloating sensation with the abdominal sounds. Should i be concerned?

I really appreciate your concern, the chances of some intestinal infection may be there with your existing condition if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicines,
1) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day
2) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for six week
