What Could Be The Cause Of Heel Pain After Standing For Long Hours Or Jogging ?
im 22 and weigh around 110-115 with a height of 6 feet .im a professional sports player.each tyme after work or jogging or smthng tht invloves standing for long tyme my heel burn or pain a lot.wht would be the problem?
This could be a condition known as PLANTAR FASCIITIS.Do you feel that the pain is more in the morning on taking the first few steps after getting down from the bed? I would advise you to give your legs some rest. Stop the activity which triggered the pain.You could try using supportive aids like arch supports or heel cups. Do Achilles tendon stretching exercises ---- Support the toes at the edge of a step. Hold this position for 1 minute followed by a brief period of rest. Do this five times .This should be performed 3 -5 times a day. Dynamic stretches of the achilles tendon can be done by rolling the sole of the foot over a cylindrical object like a can or a chappati roller. Do this 10 times followed by rest and 3 repetitions. If the pain is bad you can take(if no history of drug allergy) anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen 400mg 1-1-1 for 2 days (after food).

this could be condition of tendo achilles along with Plantar fasitis Taping is best for problem kindly visit physiotherapist near your place and take physiotherapy sports taping for 7 to 10 days u can play again give me feed back after treatment
